How exciting is it to spend your Saturday with the most dynamic young and future women leaders of Ethiopia, MERI Girls. MERI Is a Leadership & Mentorship Program Initiated, led and Managed by Earuyan Solutions that mentors, trains and empowers young underserved female students. And ICANJOBS is not only privileged to develop the 12 week training module for The MERI Leadership and Mentorship Program but also conducted a one day workshop, on Employment and Job Readiness skills, on January 25, 2020.

35 young senior students are enrolled in the program from diverse field of studies from Addis Ababa University (civil engineering, software engineering, medicine, economics, architecture, management, accounting etc). And Sara Tadiwos, facilitated a very interactive workshop on the topic : Essential Employability Skills and Job Searching Strategies. The objective of the workshop was to empower, coach and most importantly to prepare young female graduates to become competent in the highly competitive job market, equip them with necessary job searching strategies and workplace skills that helps them land, keep and do well on a job.
