iCANJOBS is  privileged to have facilitated a workshop, Mentoring Future Leaders , for recent graduates and 2020  graduating class students.   The session is aimed to enhance youth employability and focused mainly on the future of work, necessary skills for workplace and how to stand out in the highly competitive job market.  This workshop was attended by over 200 participants from various universities in Ethiopia and close to 50% of the participants were young women.
