Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
  • Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
  • Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
  • Analyse and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Analyse and investigating price, demand and competition.
  • Achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products.
  • Promoting, selling, securing, orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization’s products.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Research potential Markets
  • Sales order generating, recording, filing & follow up on daily sales activity
  • Customer relationship management or customer database development
  • Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, fairs and conventions which promote the organization’s products.
  • Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain client focused working environment for team.
  • Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
  • Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Attend educational trainings and workshops for professional growth.
  • Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
  • Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide assistance to less experienced staffs when needed.
  • Assist Sales Manager on Assigned task

Education And Experience

  • BA in marketing management and related fields with 2 years’ relevant experience.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Networking and negotiation skills
  • Supervisory skills
  • Ready to travel to different regions within the country
  • Excellent selling skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication, reporting and leadership skills
  • Creative and innovative and always ready to try new ideas.
