Role Overview

As a Front Desk Operations, you will be the first point of contact and   run the operations and administration of Bloom Advanced Skin Care/capital Hotel & Spa.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories giving instructions.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Ensure front desk reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email about Bloom Advanced skin care and its services
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Manage office calendars and schedule meetings
  • Perform the administrative and clerical  
  • Experience on skin care practice (optional)
  • Other tasks assigned by the CEO

Education And Experience

BA degree in Nursing, Business Administration, marketing or related fields with one to two years of expereince strongly preferred or diploma with equivalent work experience with prior front desk operations experience

Knowledge And Skills

  • Telephone and workplace etiquette  skills
  • Fast learner
  • Verbal Communication and active Listening
  • Highly professional with excellent customer service,  verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English and Amharic language
  • Microsoft office and outlook skills, professionalism
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle pressure
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Recent graduates with outstanding customer service, communication  and presentation skills 
  • Excellent email communication and MS Office
  • Retail sales experience is preferred.
  • A professional appearance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to verbally and  written communication skills both in Amharic and English
