Role Overview

The Training Department Head is responsible for effective, efficient and sustainable production and delivery of LITHWS services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Identifying and establishing workshop topics
Recruiting facilitators and co-facilitators with the CEO and operations manager
Scheduling training programs/events with the CEO and operations manager
Production of training aids (course modules, course outlines, workbooks, reading materials, tools for games and demonstrations, nametags, certificates etc ).
Conducting pre and post workshop assessment and evaluations
Producing and delivering workshop reports to LITHWS management team and the clients
Communicating clients after decision is made to service delivery
Design and coordinate workshops
Design and coordinate staff development workshops

Education And Experience

BA or MA/ MSc Degree in Educational Leadership, Curriculum Development, Psychology or other related social sciences With a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, training, program coordination, or management.

Knowledge And Skills

Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, power point and Outlook;
Ability to work in a team and has Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
