Role Overview

Senior Sales and Marketing Expert expands Vera International operation by finding leads, closing sales, supporting existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients.   

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Sales and Marketing Expert you are responsible for evaluating and analyzing new market-entry opportunities.
  • You are responsible for building relationships in new markets, developing sales strategies, sales channels and setting quotas and KPI’s.
  • Your task requires to manage regional sales coordinators in order to guaranty that sales targets are achieved.
  • You are responsible to follow up on prospects through the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met by providing customer support when needed.
  • You are required to respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction.  
  • You are responsible to build a long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external stakeholders and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Produce valuable and engaging contents to present and demonstrate the value of products and services offered.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Furthermore, you would be preparing and ensuring successful participation in conferences, corporate events, exhibitions and similar events.

Education And Experience

  • You have an academic background in business, economics, or related field.  
  • You have 5 years’ experience as on Sales and marketing positions.
  • You have an excellent verbal communication and writing skills with a capacity to develop strong action-oriented relationships with clients/Partners.
  • You have an outstanding negotiation skill reinforced by critical thinking &problem-solving skills.  
  • You should have outstanding knowledge on Microsoft office and CRM Software’s.
  • You are a good team player, enthusiastic and passionate about the sense of ownership and pride in companies’ impact.  
  • You have a good time-management skill.
  • You should show willingness to travel for longer periods of time
  • Last but not least you are fluent in English and Amharic Languages. Other local language is a plus
