Role Overview

  • Responsible for identifying new commercial activities & driving business growth
  • To effectively Develop and Manage Sales throughout Country
  • Grow and maintain appropriate relationships.
  • Identify and recommend sales channels to boost sales
  • Provide guidance and training to the team on the ground
  • Achievement and Measurement of Country sales targets
  • Management and Development of SalesForce, including Partners, Agents & NGOs.
  • Oversee the Implementation, Execution, and Evaluation of Hidasse (and others) distribution and reach
  • Effective Communication to sales force.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and driving business growth
  • Coordinate execution of Sales and Business Building plans.
  • Execution of the JBP
  • Monitor and ensure the partners exceed agreed sales targets and also ensure no stock-outs.
  • Manage distribution Reach into households
  • Organize Review Meetings with Partners to develop a good customer relationship
  • Create good commercial rapport with Hidasse, Ministry of Mines & Energy and their Personnel and Maintain an updated List of Updated Partner Contacts 
  • Be the link between RSM’s, BB, and management to ensure continuity of business.
  • Provide sales forecasts, sales & stock reports
  •  Present summary Reports
  •  Implement Incentive Scheme for Motivating the field sales staff and ensure Validation is done on time for Payment
  • Provide Coaching and Training to the team

Education And Experience

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Experience building businesses or Start-ups, 4 years & above Job (experience in Related fields)
