Role Overview

The intern will be responsible to assist in handling the overall administration and office operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the management team of the company on all Administrative functions relating to facilities, space utilization, and human resource management and serve as liaison to the company with respect to facilities management. The detailed duties and responsibilities are:

  1. Responsible to welcome clients and provide service and information they may require, or direct them to the concerned person.
  2. Handles with all office administrative paper work under the guidance of staff and management team. Responsible to handle incoming and outgoing letters and the overall documentation system of the office.
  3. Involve in personnel administration routine activities as per the commands and directives of the company that include time keeping, annual leave processing, time sheet processing, employee Identification card Responsible for coordinating annual performance evaluation e
  4. Track bid announcements, prepare documents, submit and follow-up on the whole process.
  5. Responsible to coordinate and administer maintenance of, office furniture, computers, duplicating machine, telephone lines, etc and liaise with the maintenance people.
  6. Make sure the availability of all the necessary office materials ahead of reasonable time, and responsible to coordinate and administer purchase and restocking of office supplies when the need arises.
  7. Administer and oversee cleaner and driver’s activities
  8. Assist the manager in liaise of the company affairs.
  9. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Manager and management team.

Education And Experience

BSC in Business Administration, management, economics or any social science related field  

Knowledge And Skills

Administration, communication, computer, presentations and people skills
