Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of the company
  • Answering telephone calls and if needed, directing callers to the appropriate personnel
  • Welcoming clients to the office and introducing them to the appropriate personnel
  • Obtain the required details from walk-in, call-in clients and through appointments
  • Providing a range of reports depending on what is requested by the manager or sales associates • Overseeing the general appearance of the office, as well as keeping supplies well stocked
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing

Education And Experience

Diploma with one to two years of expereince strongly preferred or a BA degree in Business Administration, marketing or related fields.

  • Excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Creative problem solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluency in English and Amharic language • Microsoft office and outlook skills, professionalism
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
