Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
• Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity
• Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support our in-house sales team.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions and social function to prospect potential clients.
• Cold call in order to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria.
• Set up appointments and find potential clients for the sales team.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to help move opportunities through the sales funnel
• On a daily basis, track prospects - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's Database
• Execute marketing plan/marketing campaign
• Provide regular Market research feedback

Education And Experience

BA degree in Business Administration, Economics , Marketing or related fields with one to two years of expereince strongly preferred or diploma with equivalent work experience and prior sales experience (preferably in real estate industry)
