Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively capture and convert internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating desire for internet customers to visit our APMG office
  • Responsible for independently responding to internet inquiries within a set period of time and establishing a relationship with the customer to convert the inquiry into an appointment or sale
  • Create a positive experience for our online customers through the use of email, social media and online live chat
  • Guide internet customers through APMG sales process via email, live chat, phone and face to face meetings
  • 24-7 availability (within reason). Provide immediate or same day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests with a targeted goal of a one-hour turnaround for all initial correspondence
  • Educate internet customers on current/future community and product offerings and incentive opportunities
  • Follow up communication outlined by your division regarding all sales leads, appointments, and transitioning 
  • Responsible for contacting all internet leads through telephone and e-mail communication.
  • Analyze internet lead sources to help determine marketing strategies for organization.
  • Track, measure, and report lead data - contact frequency, appointment setting ratios, sales appointment conversions.
  • Coordinate /Partner with the on-site Sales Consultants and Marketing team as appropriate to provide an extraordinary experience to our customers through throughout the sales process
  • Manage and distribute electronic marketing collateral to prospective customers who visit APMG website
  • Create and effectively manage an internet customer database which includes interest lists and VIP interest lists Manage the internet prospecting process and provide transparency of daily activities by utilizing tracking and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate Sales Department efforts to improve collection of email contact information as part of customer registration process
  • Monitor website data, digital photography, illustrations and virtual tours on Brand.com and other affiliated websites including social media platforms
  • Attend all company sales meetings and training programs • Perform all other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

BA degree in Business Administration, Information Technology , computer science or related fields with one to two years of experience strongly preferred or diploma with equivalent work experience

Knowledge And Skills

  • Tech savvy with Intermediate computer skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Google Apps and Social Media
  • Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience
  • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Strong command of the English language specially writing (developing valuable content)
  • Ability to self-manage activities with minimal supervision
  • Committed to self-development of sales and internet skills
  • Goal and Performance oriented. Competitive, Driven - desire to exceed goals!
  • Leadership ability, performance against company goals and team development skills and a track record of success to match.
