Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Producing letters, recording incoming and outgoing letters
  • General communication through emails, social Medias, phone calls, SMS...
  • Manage office Reception and secretarial work
  • Filing and documentation
  • Writing documents and printings
  • Facilitating internal & external communications
  • Filing/ recording legal & financial documents (both incoming and outgoing) z-reports, monthly/yearly machine reports, receipts, contractual agreements, etc

Education And Experience

Diploma or Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or Customer Service Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk support, customer handling or secretarial service.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Ability to prioritize and organize activities through excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, power point and Outlook;
  • Ability to work in a team and has Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
  • As the first impression for guests, someone who comes across as positive and can provide exceptional sales and reception service
